So, title is vague because I have no idea what the underlying problem is. When I turn my HP Stream 14 laptop on, it brings me to a screen that says starting automatic repair, and then to a screen that says diagnosing. Well, it never loads past diagnosing. I put a windows recovery USB (or something like that) and can't install windows because my laptop doesn't physically have enough space for it. 28.4 GB from Drive partition 3: Windows, 260 MB from partition 1: system, 16 MB from partition 2: MSR (reserved) and 490 MB from partition 4: Windows RE tools.
