Windows 11 computer won't start

At startup this message appeared on the screen "The instruction at 0x00007FFAAE5582B7 referenced memory at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read. It won't go passed it. Can someone help me with this and how to fix it? Thank you!
