Windows 11 Conflicting Storage Information

My cloud storage keeps saying that there's not enough storage so it's not saving my files properly but when I go to the OneDrive site, it says I've only used 0.1 GB of 2 TB or roughly 1% of my storage but it's acting like I've used up all of it.
