Windows 10 Connected Devices Platform User Service uploads data on every startup

I am using Windows 10 Pro version 21H2 and is up to date. Recently I noticed that after every startup Connected Devices Platform User Service shoots up and send nearly 250 to 300 MB data. I don't know what data is uploaded every time I restart or startup my computer. Scanned with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes and the reports are clean. Even I am not able to disable the service and while attempting to do so it says "Parameter incorrect". Is this normal? Kindly help. Thanks.
