Windows 11 Connecting to OneDrive on new PC

Hello! I just got a new HP laptop for work (windows 11), and I am having trouble connecting to my boss's OneDrive account where we keep all of our shared work files. When I try to log in, it asks for a PIN. We don't know his PIN. When I follow instructions to reset PIN in Settings on his computer (accounts > sign in options > PIN), the page never loads. It is an much older desktop, and I believe it is windows 10. I was hoping to see if anyone knows how I can sign on to OneDrive either without the PIN, or another way we can reset his PIN aside from in Settings. Thanks!
