Windows 11 Connecting Windows 11 Laptop to External Pixio Monitor?

Hi all! Does anyone know if it's possible to connect a Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop running on Windows 11 to an external Pixio monitor? My driver has been updated and cords and power sources should be working, but my laptop has been unable to detect a signal from the monitor. Has anyone had this issue or figured out a way around this? My Lenovo (or maybe just the windows operating system) has been incredibly finicky in terms of what it's externally compatible with, so any advice is much appreciated!
