Windows 11 Connection from Ethernet Adapter to Laptop showing "No internet access" on both IPv4/IPv6 - Receiving bytes but not sending. Please help

Hello,I was trying many methods like resetting all my network settings, reinstalling drivers in device manager, enable/disable from control panel, different ports/cables/computers (all work besides mine), and some commands in command prompt and run command. All is set to DHCPPlease help.
