Windows 11 Connection to online games is having issues but all other desktop apps are fine

hello, I started to experience having small amounts of packet loss during my online gaming sessions 3 days ago, I play games such as apex legends, the finals and valorant. all issues started at the same time. usually while in game, the minute is fine but as i get to the part where i actually play the game im faced with rubber banding, packet loss and speed up lag. with finals it straight up kicks me off the game, apex and valorant make it so unbearable i cant play. What I have already tired:- resting router- calling up ISP and going through standard troubleshooting procedures.- resetting my ne
