Windows 11 Consistent BSOD - critical process died.

I’m having a real hard time with this one. This is my 5th fresh install of windows 11, I’ve installed windows 10 before that too. Summary - no error log is ever saved. Boot, login and within 5 seconds screen becomes unresponsive but cursor still ok. BSOD - critical process died shortly follows, the % complete always stays at 0 and I have to force restart it each time. I’ve done the following: Run appropriate DISM commandsRun appropriate SFC commandsRun in safe mode (issue still occurs) Reinstalled windows from a fresh SSD (tried multiple) Purchased brand new RAM and installed.
