Windows 11 Constant need for permissions

i am trying to save a trim of a video im getting this error messageYou dont have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission.absolutely wild that the 1 and only user has to get permission, i have had 4 support chats about this and none of them have given me a permanent solutionive reinstalled windows and was told i cant downgrade how do i safely swap to linux or fix this PERMANENTLY
