Windows 11 Contents of Documents folder vanished out of nowhere, now in OneDrive Documents folder

Hi there,Upon returning to my laptop after a few hours, I noticed that a program (stored in my documents folder) wasn't launching. I looked in Documents and all of the contents except for 2 folders I used today are now gone and transferred to OneDrive (even though I usually don't use it, I just have it installed by default), as seen in the pictures. Normally when I click on Documents it will redirect me to OneDrive documents and I can run files, copy and paste files, you name it. I don't know what happened. I guess the documents are stored there as well as on my computer, but now it acts like
