What it says on the title. I've been having this issue for quite a while after doing an nVIDIA upgrade on March. Was fixed for Steam games but when I checked using games that uses integrated as its base graphics card (which now apparently also include Rimworld for some reason), the BSOD started again. I've tried reinstalling, use different version, rollbacks, system repair, GPU underclock, virus scan, everything that I'm confident of doing aside from factory reset and yet it still persist from March until now.
