We have a program in place that monitors updates status on all of our computers. Seems like every week, after updates we have usb connected usb fujitsu scanners that can no longer connect. I made sure the scanners are running the most recent driver. I go in and check all connections in device manager and turn off "allow this computer to turn off this device to save power" under properties-power management. Have also turned off link state power management and so on...... The problem goes away until the next week when we run updates. Is there another way of preventing this issue from happening?
