Windows 11 Controlled folder access requires turning on Real-time protection.

I am trying to turn on Controlled folder access but it says "Controlled folder access requires turning on Real-time protection" I already have real time protection turned on. I have already tried ruining SFC and DISM along with resetting windows security.
