Windows 11 Controller acting like a mouse on windows 11?

This question was asked back in 2019 - it referred to windows 10- this issue is still an issue "I've looked for hours and literally nothing pops up. Any known fix? Basically my controller acts like a mouse, kinda annoying when playing fifa and ****" and yes it is kinda annoying.Niether HID compliant mice had "location set as AlphaMouse" I am getting this issue playing rocket league (via epic) so the steam method would not work for me.
