Windows 11 Copilot Questions and 23H2

I have the preview version of Copilot on my machine and I just have a couple questions regarding it.1. is it an always on or always listening application?2. I've read that you can disable it in the registry: If I do that will it cause problems when I eventually update to 23H2? (installation errors)clarity on this new feature is appreciated.
