Windows 11 Copy and paste doesn't work in Windows 11 unless I restart

It will then work for a while (usually several hours) before it stops working again. This makes Windows 11 completely unusable as I use copy and paste constantly all day long. Apparently this problem has been happening since 2021 and Microsoft hasn't bothered to fix it. We pay thousands a year to Microsoft, and we need this for our business. I've tried the sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth fixes, I've cleared the clipboard data in Start > Settings >Clipboard, I've killed and restarted the RDP Clipboard Monitor service and Windows Explorer. Fix the OS please. No
