Windows 11 copy and paste not working

How long has windows been out now? Still I cannot copy and paste properly and have EVERY DAY ISSUES WITH THIS. I can ctrl+c and then CTRL+V and nothing or something that was previously copied is still there. Sometimes I can go back and do it again and it will work, however today it simply will not work at all. I have something in clipboard i guess and it won't let me copy anything else and will only paste that one thing.
