When my laptop is connected to an external mouse and keyboard, everything works fine.But when I attempt to copy or paste with the trackpad and laptop keyboard, nothing happens. This applies to Ctrl + C commands and just right-clicking and choosing copy/paste. No program recognizes the commands. It has been this way since receiving it months ago, so it has been restarted daily and received at least one update in that time.Lenovo ThinkPad, Microsoft 11, Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
