Windows 11 Core functionalities not working after Windows Updates in Windows 11

My Windows Updated midnight three days ago, after the update, the taskbar is not working, when hover over the taskbar, the cursor keeps loading, the task manager starts and then freezes, troubleshooter is not working, not able to open any settings and also not able to open windows updates to uninstall the update, not able to access windows restore. I have already tried some solutions of Restore disk health, Get-AppxPackage from Powershell, delete regedit 'HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\IrisService /f && shutdown -r -t 0'. All these solutions did not work
