Windows 10 Core isolation>Memory integrity - How do I turn it back on? I am the Administrator and I don't know... please help?

I recently turned Core isolation>Memory integrity>On and since then my drivers haven't been automatically updating. I am the Administrator of my own LapTop and this message appears above Memory integrity ''This setting is managed by your admisistrator.''

I have no idea how to turn the grayed out''On'' selection back off.

Can anyone please Help?

When I go into Device performance & health and carry out a Trouble shoot I get this message ''TSSTcorp CDDVDW SU-208GB has driver problem''

When i scan for problems the Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem

I'm confused.

This has all stemmed from the recent Windows update where I'm being asked to update my security processor (TPM) and I have no idea what to do even after reading the Microsoft help page about it. It says I need to update my data before clearing the TPM and I also have todownload the new firmware for it before i do this and i have no idea where my data or the Firmware update is?
