Windows 11 Core Isolation memory integrity made med delete some files. Now no sound.

Hi support,I tried to turn on Core Isolation memory integrity. But it listed several problems as Sys- and reg-files before I could turn it on. So I uninstalled them. After rebooting and restarting then all my sound was gone and I could not choose sound in or output. I checked Device Manager and all my sound devices has an exclamation mark. Tried deleting one of them and restart my PC (Didn´t work), Tried reinstall Soundcard Driver, Run the Windows Sound Troubleshooting, An SFC Scan, Checked Hypervisor value in Reg, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image, dism /online /get-drivers /format:table, net
