Windows 10 Corrupt Recycle Bin and cannot fix it.

I was clearing out old files I no longer wanted, and it seems that Microsoft's Halo MCC's lurking files are trying to screw me over.

This happens every time I type the command to clear the corrupt recycle bin, and I've tried everything from giving myself ownership and sole permissions of the folder(s) to using BCWipe to destroy the folder(s).


Please advise.
