Hello, I need help with resetting my pc Basically, I have suspicions that there is a virus on my computer but when I try to reset my pc it says "Media environment not found on pc" and the media creation tool doesn't work because of the virus so I downloaded and flashed it on a USB that is 64GB when I boot my pc with the USB and finish everything it says "Drivers not found on media" and it doesn't show any drives.Please help me with my problem Warm regards, sayed Macari.
