Have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop, my problem is when turned on this morning i got screen saying updates were being installed (Windows 10) after 1/2 hour got a message updates couldnt be installed removing updates dont turn off computer. After 3 hours of nothing if finally left but now i have a blank screen with all these white circles bouncing around. I cant do anything to get into the system to change anything f8 and f12 dont do anything. Have tried all the other stuff (hard start, removed the battery and disconnected the power) but nothing works. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Like i sa
