Windows 11 CPU and GPU drops causing FPS drops in all games

While gaming my cpu and gpu drops and all my games drops fps, in seconds ist normal but more seconds after it drops again, i already tried to restore, to update my drivers, the temps is okay, only thing that is high is the RAM (80%). Its a DELL G15 that i bought in feb, and already disable the movment sensor
