Windows 11 CPU and RAM almost maxed out by system, how to fix?

How am I supposed to use my computer with this going on?*** Is there a way to stop the system doing whatever it is doing? I've only got Microsoft Word open and the computer sounds like it's about to take off using the cooling fan.
