Windows 11 CPU Overheating and Overusage Issue.

First of all my specs--AMD Ryzen 5 4650G16 GB DDR4 3200mhzNEVER OVERCLOCKEDSo I built the PC around 8 months ago, from last 1 month I'm facing an issue after a windows 11 update.CPU USAGE--My CPU usage in taskmanager is always 100% when idle(Even in safe boot).Most consuming Processes Include while idle--WMI PROVIDER HOSTTASK MANAGERBUT, If i check usage in OCCT, Afterburner, HWmonitor. The usage is very low 2%-8%. CPU OVERHEATING--In softwares like OCCT, Afterburner, HWmonitor, the CPU temps are way too high(But low in BIOS)--When Idle-- 59C-65C(Room temp 30C-35C)UNDER STRESS-- 71C-75C.**IN B
