Windows 11 CPU spike in games

i keep getting CPU spikes when im playing roblox i get a CPU spike and the CPU dont happen in idle mode when the CPU spike happened i checked my CPU in task manager while the CPU spike is still happening and i see is .039 GHZ but when the CPU spike isnt happening i get 2.13 GHZ (on average) so im looking for a way to FIX this issue please help.EDIT: i tried it with the only program being open is roblox still getting spikes
