Windows 11 CPU stuck at 0.78 Ghz and PC running slow after window 10, 11 update recently date, please come to fix it, this is critical error

To whom who feel PC running very slow and lagging recently date, let come to check the task manager and see CPU speed stuck at low speed. I think this will meet with some old intel CPU at i find out some solution by modify this registry keyHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\intelppmbut how about someone who do not know to do that To Microsoft this is a critical error please come to release an update patch to fix it, i'm facing this problem with 3 laptops running old intel CPU already
