I had a problem with my PC. The CPU can't go higher than 0,38 GHz and extremely lag on battery, even on the Windows itself.
I tried to tweak the power options but it doesn't solve it either. Also, I tried to update the BIOS but no answers.
PS; I think the problem is the battery since it doesn't increase the percentage when meets around 85% of charging. But I don't think it's relevant because I don't feel any problem with battery usage (my battery didn't drop eventually).
