Windows 11 CPU temperature shows at 0 degrees after core unlocking

Hi there,I've noticed that my bios does not show my CPU temp correctly after I did some tweaking with the cores using the system configuration. Whatever change I did however, I reverted it back to as it was in the first place, but the same issue occurs. Whenever I am on bios, my CPU shows at 0 degrees Celsius.Is there a way to fix this?My CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 3900, 12 cores.Thank you
