Every time I try to turn on my laptop, In the initial startup screen (spinning dots screen), the screen turns black and it crashes and reboots from the beginning. This goes on in a loop for a random amount of time with occasional BSOD stopcode- "IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" i have tried startup repair, BIOS reset, and commands such as sfc scannow, chkdsk, and bootrec, but it hasn't solved the issueI followed a tutorial and checked the MEMORY.DMP file with windbg and got the following results-IMAGE_NAME: ntkrnlmp.exe FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_nt!MiInsertPageInList<PII Removed>
