Dear Friends,

We are facing a frequent problem of crashing / restart / BSDO on windows 7 64 bit machine. There are around 7 such machines.

PC Configuration :

System Model Dell OptiPlex 3010

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3300 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB

The crashing frequency was twice a month earlier but couple of months back with the recommendations of M/s Dell we have updated the 'Virtual Memory' settings of PCs from 'Automatically managed' to ' System managed size'. Thereafter the PCs has not crashed for more that 2 months, but last week again one of the PCs have restarted unexpectedly. A 'MEMORY.DMP' file is created. When we tried to analyze this file using 'Diagnostic tool', it is showing

Script Summary

Script Name Status Error Code Error Source Error Description Source Line
CrashHangAnalysis.asp Failed 0x80010105
Line 10638, Column 3

It seems to be some driver / software issue which is using RAM but we are not getting the exactly which software is crashing.

Please help us identify the root cause of the crashing.

We have all event logs and other diagnostics data collected but I am not sure how to update it here. If you need I can send the same for better analysis.

Thank You,

Shailendra
