Windows 11 Crashing with BSOD

Computer started to crash recently when it seems to been under decent load. It will blue screen with saying critical process died. Then I wait for it to load and reboot but the screen just goes black like 2 minutes later and says select boot device and the only way I can exit that screen is powering off the computer.
