Windows 11 Creating a bootable Windows 11 Installer, made the flash drive Read-Only, WHY???

Hey,I recently reinstalled windows 11 using a bootable usb I created with "mediacreationtool" from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11.And it just made my flash disk readonly. why is this even forced... I saw lots of people complaining about this.When I try to remove it, this is what happens;DISKPART> attributes disk clear readonly Disk attributes cleared successfully. Windows 10 I tried reinstalling Windows 10 again. This time, it shows only one disk which is "Drive 0 Unallocated Space" that have a total size of only 3.9 GB.
