Windows 11 Creating a new account when email is incorrectly said to be linked to another account

Hello,I have two email addresses and a username, and I will refer to them as address 1, address 2, and username 3.I am trying to create a Microsoft account with address 2, but when I try to do so, it says:You may already have an account[address 2] is already being used with another Microsoft account. You should sign in with that account.It does give me the option to make an account with address 2 anyways, but the fact that I get the above warning tells me that making an account with address 2 may come with complications.
