Windows 10 Creating new simple volume runs windows into an error and restarts

I was creating a new simple volume of an unlocated space from disk management. As I clicked on new simple volume proceeding on to format. My screen turns blue with message windows ran into an error and restarts.It happens even while formatting a pendrive. Formatting an unlocated pendrive from this pc only shows a message windows cannot complete the format. Please help me fixing this issue ASAP. I even cannot format my SSDs OS - windows 10 Pro BUILD 21H2SSD Type- GPT
