Windows 11 Crerating ARM based installation media

Just got my Surface Laptop 7 today. Wanted to partition it with dualboot one for work and one for private. However i have not found a way to create a ARM based installation media including the drivers for the Laptop 7. How to achieve this? I cant belive Microsoft would ship a laptop with no way to create a bootable installation media, or am I mistaken?
