Windows 10 Critical process died and unexpected store exception

Hello, I've been having these 2 BSOD quite frequently. Up until my C:\Windows\Minidump is empty and I only managed to get one dmp file, but even then I'm not sure whether is it releated to the 2 BSOD or not:Meet Google Drive – One place for all your files using Windows 10 x64 20H2 19042.1110I've used sfc /scannow but all was good.I've used MemTest86 to check for RAM but no errors, same goes to integrity of my HDD and SSD.I've tried dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth but crashes still occurs
