After a few weeks of not using my PC, it turned on with the blue screen of death. After looking for a problem, it returned and said it couldn’t be fixed and needed to be done manually. I found out that the problem with it is the "Critical Process Died" and googled how to fix it but with the PC in the troubleshooting mode, I can't do any of the solutions it's given me. I've tried opening my command props (needing a password which I've never set) and safe mode (that just doesn't open). I also can't reset the PC just coming up with an error. If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it,
