Windows 10 CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

So basically, while i was just browsing around internet, my pc froze.I cant do anything and the only way to use it is to restart it again.And i tried looking at the minidump file, analyzed it with Windbg, this is the result;CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (ef) A critical system process died Arguments: Arg1: ffffb50d8bc92080, Process object or thread object Arg2: 0000000000000000, If this is 0, a process died.
