Windows 11 "ctl" key stuck on azure vm

hello all,I have a coworker who uses a laptop to connect to an Azure Windows 10 vm (regular vm not an AVD/VDI.) She uses the built in keyboard. All the keys work fine outside of the vm. When she accesses the vm it acts as if the "ctl" key is stuck/pressed. Is there any way to test or trouble shoot this issue with in the vm?Thanks all
