Windows 10 CTRL + SHIFT + NUMBER changed to CTRL + ALT + NUMBER again for file explorer and I hate this. Can I reset to the shift number shortcut?

I'm in Windows 10 v2004 latest update. Previously the shortcut still works on the same update (v2004). But somehow, someday, my experienced was ruined by the changed file view shortcut from lovely CTRL + SHIFT + NUMBERS to annoyingly CTRL + ALT + NUMBER. Why? The newer shortcut is not even better, it just ruin the experience that I have to move my thumb from SPACEBAR to ALT everytime.Does anyone have a solution for this?Please, don't tell me to restore defaults from Folder Options menu, I already try that out and it doesn't change. It has nothing to do with visibility settings, ONLY KEYBOARD S
