Windows 11 ctrl shift windows b whilst playing game now screen flashes black for a while

I ctrl shift windows b'ed whilst playing a source game now screen flashes black for a tiny couple of seconds, not a big inconvenience but still :/EDIT: it's now fully black but my screen is still on.
