Windows 11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263) just sits at 100% on windows update

I had to install a few updates to my computer after being gone for a couple weeks. All of the other updates installed fine, but (KB5029263) just sits at 100%. I tried to install it with the offline installer as well as reseting the settings application. Either way the download still sits at 100%. Any help would be appreciated.
