Have tried many suggestions to clear this.
Using DISKPART can clear read only for files but drive remains "Read Only"

DISKPART> select dis 2
Disk 2 is now the selected disk.
DISKPART> attrib dis
Current Read-only State : Yes
Read-only : No
Boot Disk : No
Pagefile Disk : No
Hibernation File Disk : No
Crashdump Disk : No
Clustered Disk : No
DISKPART>
USB does not have a physical switch for read only..
Makes it impossible to reuse disk.
If you run the "Clean" function in Diskpart you get an I/o error.
