Windows 11 Cursor lagging - then goes black screen - then a empty white widget appears (which looks like the one from where you setup your language at the beginn

As I described. Cursor lags and loads, then the screen goes black and after that a white empty widget appears from the setup at the beginning of a new windows instalation. After that everything goes back to normal.
