I've been using MSKLC Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4 for quite a long time now. Recently I added a new user to my Windows 7 computer. The keyboard utilized stays the same Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 V2, despite any change in user session.
I tried to reassigned the custom keyboard layout to the new session only to get an error message as follow:
The keyboard DLL file supporting Microsoft 3000 Layout (named ms3fr.dll) already
exists on this machine in the system directory. Installation cannot continue.
Yet, the actual custom keyboard does not appear in the "Text Services and Input Languages" window available from the
Windows Control Panel, so I cannot select my custom keyboard.
How can I render visible my custom created keyboard ms3fr.dll for a different user session ?
Much appreciation for your help
