Windows 10 D:\ SSD Sata Hard Drive not working on Windows 10 - Error 0x800701B1: A

Today I booted up my computer and I was trying to play a game on Steam but it wouldn't update any of the files on it. So I tried to uninstall and it refused to remove the game from the hard drive. I go to the file's location on my D:\ drive and I keep getting that error. Stating that A device in reference does not exist... despite the fact that I just navigated to it, so clearly the D:\ drive does exist. I go to try to change permissions and it says I have full control, but when I try to make it read only the drive says I lack the permissions to change files on this drive. I get the error code
